At Organic Little One, we want you to be completely happy with everything you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

We are happy to offer exchanges on unused items within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. Please contact us before sending an item back or placing a new order, and we will do our best to assist you.

If your return is approved:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • Your item is faulty

  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Teethers

  • Personal accessories

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items (exchange only, subject to availability)

  • Gift cards
